Highlights of version 16.5
The major highlight of 16.5 is the side-by-side reconciliation view: in addition to the single table, you can now see the two sources in separate panels, each with its own filter, search, sorting, and counter — making it easier to triage and manually match what automatic reconciliation left unresolved.
The other highlight is the centralization of process permissions in Privacy Profiles: access is now defined in a single place, by folder, separating Analysis, Process Settings, and Process Build. Previously, it was also defined within the process itself, which created uncertainty about who actually had permission.
The version also brought work tracking closer to analysis: the analysis screen for Turbo AI processes now has an activity panel with an explanatory note, attachments, comments, and reconciliation statistics, and this activity appears in the Task Board.
Governance was enhanced with the required source in the Source Directory, which lets you decide whether the process runs when a file does not arrive.
An important notice: legacy screens are now hidden by default — Individual Import, Import History, Automation Flow, and the Reconciliation and Export menus have been removed from navigation. Environments that still depend on legacy functionality can reactivate them. The other new features and fixes are detailed by version below.

New Features
Side-by-side reconciliation view
Available in Reconciliation Analysis for Turbo AI processes, through the View button. In addition to the single table, you can now see the two sources in separate panels — making it easier to triage and manually match what automatic reconciliation left unresolved.
Choose between four display modes: single table, side by side, Side A only, and Side B only.
Each side has its own filter, search, sorting, counter, and scrolling.
The status panel filters both sides at the same time, and your selection is preserved when you switch modes.
Process permissions centralized in Privacy Profiles
Available in Privacy Profiles, on the Processes screen. Process access is now defined in a single place — previously, it was also defined within the process itself, which created uncertainty about who actually had permission.
Set the access level — none, read, or write — by folder, in three areas: Analysis, Process Settings, and Process Build.
Users with read-only access see the action blocked on the screen, with a notice indicating which permission and folder are missing.
Analysis approval and production stage
Available in the list and on the analysis screen, as a badge next to the name. Analysis now has its own governance stage — Approval or Production — independent of the data preparation flow.
Promote the analysis to Production once it has been validated, and return it to Approval when adjustments are needed.
Only analyses in Production are available as a source for another process.
The person who promoted it and when it happened are recorded.
Activities within the analysis screen
Available on the analysis screen for Turbo AI processes, in a side panel. Work tracking now lives alongside the analysis — previously, Turbo AI operators recorded everything outside the platform.
Write the explanatory note, attach documents, and communicate through comments without leaving the analysis.
View linked activities and reconciliation statistics in the same panel.
The activity appears on the Task Board as a Process-type task.
Reconciliation Cover as the standard report
Available in Account Reconciliation, in the same place as before. The cover is no longer a report assembled during implementation; it is now a product report updated along with the version.
The logo comes from Settings > Manage logo, with inheritance by folder, and company data comes from the registration.
The report is generated in the language of the person who generated it.
The download is direct, without going through an intermediate tab.
It is not necessary to configure the "CLOSE-REPORT" configuration package through the legacy interface.
Required source in the Source Directory
Available in Process Settings, in the Source Directory, for file sources — Excel, text, PDF, and XML. You can now decide what happens when the file does not arrive, instead of the process running anyway and replacing the data for that date.
For each file source, choose whether not to run the process or to run it without that source.
The default is not to run, preserving the data already processed for that date.
When the process does not run because a file is missing, the reason is recorded in Import Management.
Column contract step
Available in the data preparation editor for Turbo AI processes, in the step palette. The step declares the columns the flow expects even without a connected source, allowing you to build flow models before the data exists.
Declare the set of columns and use the flow as a model, without a connected source.
When you connect a source, each declared column points to the corresponding column in the source.
Improvements
The Integrate Process step now accepts an expression filter during import, so you bring in only the relevant rows instead of importing everything and filtering in the next step.
The Reconciliation Analysis summarizer now automatically sums the filtered set — quantity, amount, and difference — without needing to select rows individually.
Import Management reorganized the table: the status and actions are visible without scrolling horizontally.

Points to Note (Breaking Changes)
Legacy screens are now hidden by default: Individual Import, Import History, Automation Flow, and the Reconciliation and Export menus have been removed from navigation, as has the Old Processes group. Environments that still depend on legacy functionality can reactivate them.
The Management and Permissions tab has been removed from the process. Access is now defined only in Privacy Profiles, on the Processes screen — review the profiles after updating.
The Analysis Dashboard item has been removed from the Analysis menu while the new process panel is under development.

We fixed an instability that could interrupt access to the platform without recording the reason.
