Version 13.6 highlights
The highlight of 13.6 is the new Reconciliation step in the data preparation flow: when building the flow, you send the result directly to a Reconciliation Analysis, with no manual steps between preparation and verification. The version also speeds up daily tasks with bulk task registration — instead of creating them one by one, you import several at once from a template spreadsheet — and with new account details in Account Substantiation, where you can record description, closing procedures, and explanatory notes in the record itself. New Features
Reconciliation step in the data preparation flow
Available in the data preparation editor, under the Output category when building the flow. You can now send your process results directly to a reconciliation analysis, without manual steps between preparation and verification.
Automatically generate a Reconciliation Analysis from the flow output.
Bulk task registration
Available in Tasks, when creating activities in a folder. Instead of registering them one by one, you import multiple tasks at once from a template spreadsheet.
Download the template spreadsheet, fill in the tasks, and import to create all at once.
Account details in Account Substantiation
Available in Account Substantiation, when editing an account. You can now record context information within the account itself, keeping history and procedures handy for the reviewer.
Add description, closing procedure, and explanatory notes to the account.
Include links to external documentation related to the account.
Improvements
On the process view screen, the description now appears alongside the data and supports links to external documentation (under Process Settings, Information option).
The data sample in the preparation flow is now more practical: you can resize columns, sort data, freeze the header, and identify each column's type through icons.
The Process Template Gallery has been redesigned, with filters by category, data source, and result type, along with icons to identify templates faster.
When running a process, you can now choose the reference date at the moment of execution, without having to define it in the previous step.
