Version 16.2 Highlights
The major highlight of 16.2 is the new AI PDF File step: Dattos AI now extracts data from PDF documents within your data preparation flow (Turbo AI processes), automatically identifying columns. This version also improved the reconciliation's AI column mapper, added per-folder logos in reports, and brought a broad package of security fixes identified in penetration tests (pentest). New Features
AI PDF File Step
Available in Turbo AI processes, within the data preparation flow, in the input steps bar. Dattos AI now reads and extracts data from PDF files directly inside the flow — bank statements, invoices, slips, and other documents that previously required typing or manual processing are now automated.
Upload multiple PDFs at once, including password-protected files, with passwords managed within the step itself.
Describe in natural language what you want to extract, or start from a pre-made template (Bank Slip, NFe, NFSe, Bank Statement, Investment Statement, Utility Bill, DACTE) and adjust it from there.
Check the document alongside the extracted data with a page viewer (rotation, zoom, and navigation), and test the extraction before finishing.
Save your instructions as an Organization template to reuse in other flows.

Per-folder logo in reports
Available in folder settings for those who generate reports from the platform. Now you can register one logo per folder, and it will be automatically applied to reports in that folder — useful for maintaining the visual identity of the company or department in each document generated.

Improvements
Automatic column recognition became more precise in the Reconciliation Analysis step of Turbo AI processes: Dattos AI now analyzes a larger data sample when suggesting matches between Side A and Side B.

User registration gained a language field: through it, the welcome email and the first-access screens (password change, terms acceptance, and department/position registration) already appear in the person's correct language.
In the automatic executions of Standard processes and legacy Reconciliation (Recon reconciliation screen), the user who triggered the execution is now recorded as a system user, making the execution history clearer.
