Highlights of version 14.6
The main highlight of 14.6 is the new restriction rules between identical sides in Reconciliation Analysis: in addition to Side A x Side B, you can now configure rules between Side A x Side A and Side B x Side B, with more control in manual reconciliations and warnings about which rule was violated. Another highlight is the new Tasks screen in list format, with a cleaner layout and filters by assignee, status, and delivery date. This version also introduces the Matching Id column in the Integrate Preparation step and subfolder visualization in the Reconciliation Dashboard. Other new features and fixes are detailed below.

New Features
Restriction rules between identical sides in reconciliation
Available in the restriction rules configuration of Reconciliation Analysis. In addition to the Side A x Side B restriction, you can now also configure rules between Side A x Side A and Side B x Side B, providing more flexibility and control in manual reconciliations.
Define the layout, field, and tolerance for each restriction rule.
When reconciling manually, the platform warns which rule was violated and which side was impacted.
New Tasks screen in list format
Available in Tasks, on the home screen. The view has been redesigned with a cleaner layout, focusing on finding and tracking your tasks with less effort.
Quickly filter tasks by assignee, status, and delivery date.
Track progress with tasks separated by stages (pending, in progress, completed).
Self-adjustment mechanism in Dattos AI
Available in data preparation made with Dattos AI. When the platform identifies an error while executing the requested transformation, it automatically tries again, without depending on a new action from you.
Additional transformation attempts are made automatically to deliver the expected result.
Matching Id column in the Integrate Preparation step
Available in the Integrate Preparation step of the data preparation flow, in the Optional Information Columns list. The column provides, in each row, the number that links the records that were reconciled, allowing the match to be tracked within the flow itself.
Select the optional Matching Id column and carry this information to the other steps of the flow.
Subfolder visualization in the Reconciliation Dashboard
Available in the Reconciliation Dashboard, on the Management tab. You can now see reconciliations from subfolders without having to search folder by folder, while respecting each user's access permissions.
Enable the Consider Subfolders filter (unchecked by default) to include the current folder and all subfolders in the search.
The .xlsx report reflects the filter selection and maintains the Folder column with the full path from the root.
Improvements
The tables displayed in the Process menu, in Analysis, and in the data preparation flow are now easier to read: a two-line header with the full column name on hover, minimum column width that adjusts to screen size, and a button to increase cell spacing.
In Account Substantiation, dashboards and account summaries now total information by account, even when you use closing groups.
The reconciliation justification field has been expanded to up to 500 characters, and existing justifications have been adjusted to the new size.
