Version 14.7 Highlights
The main highlight of 14.7 is the evolution of the Tasks module: introducing the board view, where each task becomes a card organized by progress stage that you drag between columns, and task recurrence, which automatically recreates the activity at the chosen frequency — daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. The series also brings Account Substantiation data integration via data preparation, allowing you to set up Chart of Accounts, Trial Balance, Support, and Owners uploads and adjust the layout without depending on external configuration, as well as new controls in the Automation Flow. Other updates and fixes are detailed below.

New Features
Task board view
Available in Tasks, in board view. Each task becomes a card organized by progress stage, providing a more visual and faster view of what is open and where the bottlenecks are.
Track tasks distributed across the Pending, In Progress, and Completed columns.
Drag and drop cards between columns to update each task's stage.
Task recurrence
Available in Tasks, when creating or editing a task. You define a recurrence and the platform recreates the task automatically at the chosen frequency, without needing to manually reschedule each repetition.
Configure daily, weekly (with specific days), monthly, or yearly recurrence.
Define a termination condition by number of occurrences or by date.
Edit or remove the recurrence of existing tasks at any time.
Task assignment notification via bulk import
Available in Tasks, when creating tasks via bulk import. Linked owners now receive an automatic email notifying them that a new task has been assigned to them, ensuring everyone is aware of their responsibilities.
Each owner listed in the import spreadsheet automatically receives an email notification.

File clearing control in the Automation Flow
Available in Settings → General Process Settings → Automation Flow, in the Flow Processes section. The new option "Clear directory before execution" allows you to choose whether to preserve files from all executions or keep only those from the most recent execution, preventing unwanted file accumulation.
Leave the option unchecked (default) to preserve files generated in each execution.
Check the option for the platform to clear the directory before each new execution, keeping only the most recent file.

Status control in automation flows
We improved the management of automation flows to handle executions that were stuck in inappropriate states. The routine that maintains the integrity of unfinished flows now moves them to an appropriate state, providing more predictability when monitoring executions.
Executions that remained in the "canceling" state for a long time are now automatically adjusted to an appropriate state.
When an execution is canceled by the routine, the platform logs a message documenting the cancellation.

Simultaneous execution control in the Automation Flow
In the Automation Flow, the platform now prevents the same flow from being executed more than once at the same time for the same date and folder, avoiding conflicts and errors in duplicate processes — while still allowing simultaneous executions when the flow is linked to different folders.
When attempting to run a flow already in progress for the same date and folder, the platform warns that there is an active execution and does not add the new one to the queue.
Executions of the same flow in different folders for the same date remain allowed in parallel.
