Highlights of version 14.10
The highlight of 14.10 is the chaining of processes by trigger code: in Automation Rules, you can now start a data preparation flow as soon as the previous process finishes, instead of relying solely on fixed time windows. The version also features the deletion of open reconciliations without data in Data Purge, with filters by period, Reconciliation Map, and folders, as well as a preview of what will be removed before confirming — keeping the platform clean and focused on what matters. Other new features and fixes are detailed below.

New Features
Deletion of open reconciliations without data
Available in Settings → Information Security → Data Purge, under the Reconciliations purge type. You can now delete open reconciliations that have no data and will no longer be used all at once, keeping the platform clean and focused on what matters.
Filter the reconciliations to be purged by period (start and end reference dates), Reconciliation Map, and folders/subfolders.
See, before confirming, the number of reconciliations that will be deleted and a sample of what the filter returned.
Sequence from Automation Flow by trigger code
Available in the Automation Rules of processes when configuring automation. You can now chain one process after another using the trigger code, linking processes registered in the Automation Flow to your data preparation flow without relying only on time windows.
Choose the Automation type Sequence from Automation Flow and enter the trigger code.
Trigger execution as soon as the previous process finishes, instead of estimating a fixed time interval.

Folder code and name in the name of exported files
Available in Settings → Reports and Exports → Export Layouts, when setting up the file name mask. You can now include the folder code and name in the names of generated files, making it easier to organize and locate large volumes of exports — useful for those working with many folders, such as one Tax ID (CNPJ) per folder.
Use the new variables
{folderCode}and{folderName}in the mask, in CSV, Excel, PDF, HTML, and Fixed-position output formats.Combine with existing variables, such as date and time, to standardize the name of each file.
