Version 12.1 - April
Version 12.1 Highlights
12.1 accelerates the daily routine of Account Substantiation. The main highlight is the bulk approval of accounts: instead of handling one account at a time, you select multiple accounts under your responsibility and advance or return the approval workflow for all of them at once. Added to this is the automatic approval of accounts with no movement, where accounts with no movement in the period are now approved automatically based on the rule you define. The version also now allows downloading the latest version of the Chart of Accounts direct from the platform. Other news and improvements are detailed below.

Define in the Chart of Accounts record which accounts should be automatically approved when there is no movement in the period.
Reuse support and adjustment entries from the previous month for accounts with no movement and the active rule.
Identify through the icon, on the Account Analysis screen, source entries with no movement in the period.

Improvements
The Reconciliation Dashboard now features spreadsheet export (.xlsx), financial totals by reconciliation status (when the balance/totalizer field is active), and the count of manually reconciled transactions.
In Reconciliation Analysis, the financial totals for sides A and B and the reconciliation difference have been reorganized, and a tooltip in the Reconciliation Summary now shows the financial total by status.
Integration via REST API now accepts authentication with dynamic tokens and data queries using the POST method, catering to ERPs that deviate from the GET standard.
