Version 16.3 Highlights
The main highlight of 16.3 is Turbo AI process automation: processes now run on their own, from start to finish. You set the schedule, the platform fetches the files from where they already reside (such as SFTP and S3), and executes without anyone needing to open the screen—you can even chain one process to another or have an external system trigger the execution. The other highlight is flow versioning: you can save drafts, view the history, return to a previous version, and publish only when everything is ready. The other new features and fixes are detailed below.

Flow versioning
Available in Turbo AI processes, in the data preparation editor. Flows now work with versions, so you can make adjustments safely and publish only when ready—previously, every change took effect immediately.
Keep multiple drafts of the same flow in parallel.
View the version history and return to a previous version whenever needed.
Control what goes to production through the draft and publishing cycle.
Automatic execution scheduling
Available in Turbo AI processes, under Process settings, on the Automation Rules tab. Schedule when the process runs and let the platform execute it automatically, without needing to log in and run it manually.
Schedule execution by calendar and frequency, with the estimated next execution displayed in the rule itself.
Create Source Directories pointing to external storage (SFTP, SharePoint, Google Drive), preparing the sources that automation will use.
New recurrence option in Tasks
In Tasks, recurrence gained an option designed for people who work based on the closing calendar.
Schedule the trigger for the previous business day, with a monthly offset.
Ideal for deliveries that depend on dates relative to closing rather than on a fixed day.
Improvements
The data preparation flow is now more practical: the stage selector was moved to the side panel, gained automatic display adjustment, and now includes new keyboard shortcuts.
The Smart Builder now runs inside the platform, with decision buttons so you can respond without typing and the ability to send context files, such as your process manual, to guide flow construction.
Dattos AI is now better at mapping columns and automatically inferring the Reconciliation Analysis rules for Turbo AI processes.
When extracting PDFs, the result now includes a column with the source file name, making it easier to track where each piece of data came from.

Automatic trigger after another process runs
Available in Turbo AI processes, under Process settings, on the Automation Rules tab, in the trigger type "After other processes run". Chain processes together: when a trigger process finishes successfully, the dependent process runs automatically, without anyone needing to monitor or trigger it manually.
Choose one or more trigger processes—execution occurs as soon as any one of them finishes.
Define where the execution folder comes from: the same folder as the trigger process or a fixed folder that you configure.
Set the reference date: inherited from the trigger or calculated using a calendar and offset.
Execution is safely blocked when the trigger ends with an error, preventing it from running with inconsistent data.
Automatic file reading through the Source Directory
Available in Turbo AI processes, under Process settings, on the Source Directory tab. Connect the process to external storage and the platform automatically fetches the input files on each automatic execution—previously, even with automation configured, data still had to be imported manually.
Point each combination of execution folder and data source to a storage integration, such as SFTP, SharePoint, or Google Drive.
Combine the Source Directory with Automation Rules for end-to-end execution: the platform schedules the run, fetches the files, and runs the process without intervention.
Improvements
The data preparation flow now has clearer guidance text on the empty screen, explaining how to add stages using the right mouse button or the stage selector.

We fixed an error that interrupted the execution of data preparation processes when reading fixed-width files: in some cases, the platform stopped recognizing the file columns and execution stopped midway without completing. Column reading is now more resilient, and blank or invalid values no longer stop the process.

Trigger automation through an API
Available in Turbo AI processes, under Process settings, on the Automation Rules tab, in the trigger type "Through API". This is another way to trigger automation—an external system can now start process execution through an API call, without anyone needing to access the platform to run it.
Create a "Through API" rule and receive the unique code, endpoint, and call examples directly on the screen to integrate with your external system.
Trigger execution through an API call, optionally overriding request parameters such as the reference date and execution folder, without changing the defaults configured on the screen.
Monitor progress by querying execution status through the API, with the result progressing from pending to processing and, finally, completed or an error with details.
Improvements
On API integration configuration screens, password and access-key fields are now hidden, protecting sensitive information directly in the interface.
Fixes
We fixed an error that prevented some data preparation flows from running correctly.
We fixed an error that occurred when undoing a task's approval in the approval workflow.
We fixed an error when using the filter on the reconciliation screen used by Legacy Reconciliation and Standard processes.

The password policy now includes an option that blocks the use of consecutive numbers, strengthening password security. If your organization enables this rule, passwords with numeric sequences will no longer be accepted.

Saved filters in Analytics: shareable link, task, and reconciliation columns
Available in Turbo AI processes, in the Reconciliation Analysis of the Analytics module (the new screen). Saved filters are no longer just a way to organize the screen; they now circulate throughout the platform: share the exact view by link, turn what you are viewing into a task, and refine the selection using the reconciliation's own columns.
Open the analysis with a saved filter already applied through the address (URL): the link stores the filter and displayed table, so recipients see the same view, which remains after the page is reloaded.
Create a task directly from the analysis's Actions menu: the task is already filled in with the analysis and filter names, in the same folder, and includes a link to reopen the filtered analysis—ideal for forwarding a selection for follow-up.
Use the reconciliation's own columns in the filter: Status, Rule, Structure, and Justification now appear in the advanced filter, with status values (Reconciled, Not found, among others) ready to select.

We fixed an issue where the Integrate Process stage did not load the data sample, consequently blocking the loading of the flow's other stages. A Turbo AI process result is now correctly integrated into a Reconciliation Analysis, and all samples load again.
We fixed a failure when importing files through SFTP in Turbo AI processes, where execution stopped without a message and the files were not processed. Automatic import now consumes files from the source folder normally again.
We fixed a complementary issue in the BI integration where one of the data views was not created, preventing results from being read in BI. The view is now created correctly again.
We fixed a platform login/permissions issue where some users lost their permissions after logging in to certain environments. Permissions are now correctly retained for each user.
We fixed an error when downloading reports on the reconciliation screen used by Legacy Reconciliation and Standard processes, which prevented the file from being generated in some environments. Downloads are working normally again.
