Version 16.3 - March
Highlights of version 16.3
The main highlight of 16.3 is the automation of Turbo AI processes: they now run on their own, from start to finish. You set the time, the platform fetches the files where they already are (such as SFTP and SharePoint) and executes without anyone needing to open the screen — you can even chain one process to another or let an external system trigger the execution. The other highlight is flow versioning: you save drafts, check history, revert to a previous version, and publish only when everything is ready. Other new features and fixes are detailed below.
16.3.0 - March 26, 2026
New Features
Flow versioning
Available in Turbo AI processes, in the data preparation editor. The flow now works with versions, so you can adjust safely and publish only when ready — previously, every change took effect immediately.
Maintain multiple drafts of the same flow in parallel.
Check the version history and revert to a previous version when needed.
Control what goes into production with the draft and publication cycle.
Scheduled automatic execution
Available in Turbo AI processes, under Process Settings, in the Automation Rules tab. You program when the process runs and let the platform execute it on its own, without needing to log in to run it manually.
Schedule execution by calendar and frequency, with the next estimated execution displayed directly on the rule.
Register Source Directories pointing to external storage (SFTP, SharePoint, Google Drive), preparing the sources that the automation will use.
New recurrence in Tasks
In Tasks, recurrence has gained an option designed for those who work based on the closing calendar.
Schedule the trigger for the previous business day, with a monthly offset.
Ideal for deliveries that depend on dates relative to the closing, rather than a fixed day.
Improvements
The data preparation flow has become more practical: the step selector has moved to the side, gained automatic view adjustment, and new keyboard shortcuts.
The Smart Builder now runs within the platform, with decision buttons for you to answer without typing and the possibility of sending context files, such as your process manual, to guide the flow construction.
Dattos AI has improved at mapping columns and automatically inferring the Reconciliation Analysis rules for Turbo AI processes.
In PDF extraction, the result now includes a column with the source file name, making it easier to track where each piece of data came from.

16.3.1 - March 29, 2026
New Features
Automatic trigger after the execution of another process
Available in Turbo AI processes, under Process Settings, in the Automation Rules tab, for the "After the execution of other processes" trigger type. You chain processes: upon successful completion of a trigger process, the dependent process runs automatically, without manual intervention.
Choose one or more trigger processes — as soon as any of them completes, the execution happens.
Define where the execution folder comes from: the same as the trigger process or a fixed folder you configure.
Define the reference date: inherited from the trigger or calculated by calendar and offset.
Execution is safely blocked when the trigger ends with an error, avoiding running with inconsistent data.
Automatic file reading by Source Directory
Available in Turbo AI processes, under Process Settings, in the Source Directory tab. You connect the process to external storage and the platform fetches input files on its own for each automatic execution — previously, even with automation configured, data still had to be imported manually.
Point each combination of execution folder and data source to a storage integration, such as SFTP, SharePoint, and Google Drive.
Combine the Source Directory with Automation Rules for end-to-end execution: the platform schedules, fetches files, and runs the process without intervention.
Improvements
The data preparation flow gained a clearer orientation text on the empty screen, explaining how to add steps via right-click or the step selector.

New Features
No new features in this version.
Improvements
In PDF extraction, loading screens now warn that the process may take a few minutes depending on the volume of data, making it clear that the platform is still working.
Fixes
We fixed a block in Turbo AI process analysis (Analytics module) where users with execution permission could not open an analysis when they did not have configuration permission — now the analysis opens normally for those who can execute it, and only the configuration options are restricted.
We fixed a case where, during process execution, a stuck process displayed the incorrect status.
We fixed an error that resulted in a null total in the Result.
Points of Attention (Breaking Changes)
For security reasons, the technical API documentation (Swagger) is no longer publicly accessible without authentication.
16.3.3 - April 1, 2026
New Features
No new features in this version.
Improvements
Dattos AI PDF extraction, in the PDF File AI step, has become more stable and reliable: we reviewed the document reading to maintain the integrity of the extracted data and improve extraction performance.
Fixes
We fixed an error that interrupted the execution of data preparation processes when reading fixed-width files: in some cases, the platform stopped recognizing the file's columns and the execution stopped halfway without completing. Now, column reading is more resilient, and blank or invalid values no longer crash the process.
Points of Attention (Breaking Changes)

16.3.4 - April 10, 2026
New Features
Automation trigger via API
Available in Turbo AI processes, under Process Settings, in the Automation Rules tab, for the "By API" trigger type. This is another way to trigger automation — now an external system can initiate process execution via an API call, without anyone needing to enter the platform to run it.
Register an "API" type rule and receive the unique code, endpoint, and call examples directly on the screen to integrate with your external system.
Trigger execution via an API call, optionally overwriting parameters such as reference date and execution folder in the request, without changing the defaults configured on the screen.
Track progress by checking the execution status via the API, with the result evolving from pending to processing and, finally, completed or with a detailed error.
Improvements
In the API integration configuration screens, the password and access key fields are now hidden, protecting sensitive information within the interface itself.
Fixes
We fixed an error that prevented some data preparation flows from running correctly.
We fixed an error that occurred when undoing the approval of a task in the approval workflow.
We fixed an error when using the filter on the reconciliation screen used by legacy Reconciliation and Standard processes.
Points of Attention (Breaking Changes)
The password policy has a new option that blocks the use of sequential numbers, strengthening password security. If your organization activates this rule, passwords with numerical sequences will no longer be accepted.

Fixes
We improved the SQL step in Dattos AI: query execution errors now appear in the interface itself, the use of semicolons has become consistent with other SQL steps, and number handling no longer limits large values in numeric fields.
We fixed an error when exporting the Account Substantiation report.
We fixed an error in the screen and filters for those responsible for Account Substantiation (Dattos Close).
We fixed the Fill step in Turbo AI, which in some flows failed to fill values correctly after a transformation.

16.3.8 - April 24, 2026
New Features
Saved filters in Analytics: shareable link, task, and reconciliation columns
Available in Turbo AI processes, in the Reconciliation Analysis of the Analytics module (the new screen). The saved filter is no longer just a way to organize the screen and has started to circulate through the platform: you share the exact view via link, transform what you are seeing into a task, and deepen the segment using the reconciliation's own columns.
Open the analysis with a saved filter already applied from the address (URL): the link stores the filter and the displayed table, so the recipient sees the same view, and it persists when the page is reloaded.
Create a task directly from the analysis's Actions menu: the task comes pre-filled with the name of the analysis and the filter, in the same folder, and with a link to reopen the filtered analysis — ideal for forwarding a segment for monitoring.
Use the reconciliation's own columns in the filter: Status, Rule, Structure, and Justification now appear in the advanced filter, with status values (Reconciled, Not found, among others) ready to select.

Fixes
We fixed an error in the Integrate Process step of Turbo AI processes that prevented sample updates and execution when this step was linked.
We fixed the reading of CNAB files in Turbo AI processes: files with multiple record types no longer fail when loading the data sample.
We fixed the type conversion in the Integrate Process step: text fields that turned numeric (and became blank) and numeric values that had their signs or decimal places changed are now preserved as in the source.
Points of Attention (Breaking Changes)
For security reasons, we have strengthened the protection against prompt injection in Dattos AI: some reserved terms are no longer accepted in process configuration fields. If a field rejects a word, simply adjust it to an equivalent term.

Fixes
We fixed an error in the Transform AI step within the data preparation flow, where the preview and data sample did not load after sending an instruction to process columns. Now, the sample is generated normally, and the rest of the flow continues to load.
We fixed a problem where the Integrate Process step did not load the data sample and, as a result, froze the loading of other steps in the flow. Now, the result of a Turbo AI process is correctly integrated into a Reconciliation Analysis and all samples load again.
We fixed a failure in importing files via SFTP in Turbo AI processes, where execution was stuck without a message and files were not processed. Now, automatic importation once again consumes files from the source folder normally.
We fixed a complementary problem in the BI integration where one of the data views stopped being created, which prevented reading results in BI. The view creation now occurs correctly.
We fixed a problem with platform login/permissions where some users lost their permissions after logging in to certain environments. Now, permissions are correctly maintained for each user.
We fixed an error in downloading reports on the reconciliation screen used by legacy Reconciliation and Standard processes, which prevented file generation for some environments. The download is working normally again.

Fixes
We fixed an error when integrating data from another process already executed within the Reconciliation Analysis of Turbo AI processes, which prevented the import from working correctly.
Points of Attention (Breaking Changes)
We have strengthened the security of queries used in data importation from external databases (SQL Server and PostgreSQL), blocking commands that could expose internal database information. Regular imports continue to function normally.
16.3.19 - May 26, 2026
New Features
No new features in this version.
Improvements
In Analytics, the expand column button now also considers the header text when calculating the width, not just the content of the rows — thus, the column opens at the right size even when the header name was cut off. The same behavior has arrived in the Reconciliation Analysis of Turbo AI processes, along with row height adjustment.
Fixes
No fixes in this version.
Points of Attention (Breaking Changes)
For security reasons, we have reinforced the handling of names registered by users (such as folder names, profiles, fields, and tasks) in the administration screens and other areas of the platform, ensuring that these texts are always displayed as content and not interpreted by the interface.
