Version 14.5 Highlights
The highlight of 14.5 is the multiple and retroactive executions in the Automation Flow: when scheduling a past date, the platform automatically runs all executions from that date to the present, without repeating uploads and recalculations one by one. Task registration also gained more control, with delivery times, Reporter linking, and Pending, In Progress, and Completed statuses to track each activity. Other new features and fixes are detailed below.
14.5.0 - June 12, 2024
New Features
More control in Tasks registration
Available in Tasks, when creating or editing an activity. Task registration has gained new fields and statuses, providing more visibility into the progress of each activity and who needs to follow it.
Define a delivery time, in addition to the date, to clarify the completion deadline.
Link a Reporter to the task, so other users can track progress.
Track the task through Pending, In Progress, and Completed statuses.
Multiple and retroactive executions in the Automation Flow
Available in the Process Settings, in the Automation Flow. When scheduling a retroactive date, the platform automatically executes the process from that date to the current date, without the need to repeat manual executions one by one.
Schedule a past date and let the platform run all executions until today.
Reduce manual effort in recalculations and reloads of previous periods.
Improvements
When restoring a data preparation flow that contains the Reconciliation step, the reconciliation rules configured in that step are also restored together.
Reference dates are now standardized according to the calendar configured in Process Settings: the simulation date of the data preparation flow and the navigation and execution dates of the analysis now respect the defined calendar.
