Version 16.4 highlights
The biggest highlight of 16.4 is more accurate reconciliation with conditional filters in rules: you refine what enters each rule using a formula—and can rely on Dattos AI to build the condition based on your description, see its impact in a preview, and test the rule before saving, without having to process the data beforehand.
The other highlight is the new integration with the market's leading ERPs—seven connectors across the SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and Sankhya families that bring this data directly into the platform, expanding the sources your information can come from.
In this version, the platform also became ready for AI agents—with CLI and MCP integration that already covers Analysis (and Data Preparation), Account Reconciliation, and Task Management.
Day-to-day work gained the new Import management screen (load history and secure data purging), the Excel-style value filter in tables, and exports directly within the workflow, including documents generated with Dattos AI.
Subsequent versions strengthened governance and monitoring of Turbo AI processes: the approval workflow began blocking execution when the reference date had already advanced beyond the execution level; the screen began to show which stage the process is in, whether it is waiting in the queue or which stage it is at; and the OFX bank statement, previously available only in Standard processes, arrived in Turbo AI. The series ends with a security enhancement: the automatic API documentation is no longer publicly exposed. Everything is detailed version by version below.
16.4.0 - June 10, 2026
New Features
XML File step
Available in the data preparation flow for Turbo AI processes, among the data sources used to build the flow. You can now read XML files directly in the flow, just as you already can with Excel, text, and CSV files.
Upload an XML file as a source and continue preparing the data normally.
Conditional filters in reconciliation rules
Available in Reconciliation Analysis for Turbo AI processes when configuring rules. You refine what enters each rule using conditional formulas, making reconciliation more accurate without having to process the data beforehand.
Build conditions using a formula (the former "DEL Expression" is now called Formula).
Use Dattos AI-assisted generation to create the condition based on your description.
See the filter's impact in a preview and test the rule during creation, before saving.
Drag files to create data sources
Available in the data preparation flow editor. You can now drag the file onto the screen, and the platform creates the data source and automatically identifies its type—without having to open the step and configure it from scratch.
Drop the file into the editor or use the upload button.
In this first phase, this applies to XLSX, TXT, CSV and XML files.
Edit data in the analysis table
Available in Reconciliation Analysis for Turbo AI processes. You can now edit data directly in the analysis table, adjusting values without leaving the screen.
Integration with the market's leading ERPs
Available when registering data sources. New connectors bring data from your ERP directly into the platform, expanding the sources your information can come from. This release supports:
SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business One (B1)
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle NetSuite
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance

Integrate Process: folder filter and simulation folder
Available in the Integrate Process step (Data Source category), for both Turbo AI and Standard processes. You can specify which folder the data comes from and validate the result in a simulation folder before applying it to production.
Filter the source folder when integrating the result of another process.
Use a simulation folder to check behavior without affecting the actual execution.
Unified credential registry
Available in integration and connection settings. Credentials are now stored in a single registry that you can reuse across the platform's sources and integrations.
Register a credential once and reuse it wherever needed.
SAML authentication in the API console
Available in the API console. Access now accepts login via SAML, aligning console access with your organization's corporate authentication.
Process owners and stage-based approval
Available in the process settings, in the new Owners tab. You can define who is responsible for each process and build a stage-based approval workflow, providing governance over execution progress.
Register the owners for each process in the Owners tab.
Configure stage-based approval to control when the process advances.
Connection to BI tools (ODBC)
Available for Turbo AI process results. An ODBC endpoint lets you connect Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics tools directly to the result, without manually exporting files.
Connect your BI tool via ODBC and consume the always-up-to-date result.
Improvements
In Reconciliation Analysis for Turbo AI processes, totalizer fields are no longer required in the relationship between the sides—you can create the relationship without providing them.
Updating by row identifier in Reconciliation Analysis for Turbo AI processes is now more robust: reruns no longer duplicate records and preserve previously applied justifications.

New Features
Import management
Available in Turbo AI processes through the new Import management menu item—and also through the Analysis reference-date calendar, with filters already filled in. You can track everything imported by folder, process, and reference date, and independently correct an incorrect load without relying on Support.
View import history with execution details, clearly explained errors, and an export of the view.
Purge incorrect data by row or in batches, with scope confirmation and reauthentication—the purge record is retained.
Control access at three levels (none, read, write) through the privacy profile; data from folders without a profile is not displayed.
Value filter in tables (Excel-style)
Available in the Turbo AI process Analysis grid and in the data sample for the preparation flow. Each column gets a funnel with a list of distinct values displayed as checkboxes—the same interaction as in Excel, without having to export the table to filter it.
Select the values you want to see or use conditions such as contains, not equal to, greater than, and less than.
In the flow sample, the filter only narrows the view—it does not change the flow or create steps.
List of allowed values by column
Available in the Table Analysis step of the data preparation flow. The process designer defines the accepted values for each editable text column, and manual editing in the analysis then offers only those values—a standardized vocabulary without variations that break groupings.
Define the list for each column in the step configuration.
In the analysis, manual editing becomes a selection among the allowed values.
CLI and MCP integration
Available for those who automate: the platform now offers a command-line interface (CLI) and an MCP server so that artificial intelligence agents and scripts can operate data preparation on behalf of the user.
Create and configure flow sources and steps using commands.
Connect AI agents to the platform via MCP.
Everything is authenticated using an API key and inherits the user's permissions.
New export steps
Available in Turbo AI processes as new export steps in the data preparation flow, with an Exports view on the Analysis screen. The result leaves the flow in the format you need, with no manual steps required after execution.
Export the result to Excel or Text File as a flow step.
For Document export, describe the report in natural language and Dattos AI generates the template—with preview and PDF during execution.
Save the result directly to an external database, using an already registered ODBC connector.
Track all exports in the Exports view of Analysis.
Improvements
The Dattos AI chat in the flow editor now supports voice input—tap the microphone and dictate your message instead of typing.
When rediscovering rules in the flow's Reconciliation Analysis step, manually created or edited rules are no longer deleted—rediscovery only adds new suggestions.
The About panel now displays the platform's version history.
Dragging files onto the screen now also supports PDF, in addition to XLSX, TXT, CSV, and XML.
Administrative registries now have their own module (Admin), with a new configuration menu.

CLI and MCP for Account Reconciliation and Tasks
Available through the integration interfaces released in 16.4.1 (CLI and MCP). Artificial intelligence agents and scripts can now also operate Account Reconciliation and Tasks—complete queries and operational actions—always using the user's permissions.
View and update tasks by command or through an AI agent, including recurring tasks.
Perform closing in Account Reconciliation through the same routes used by the screen.
Everything is authenticated using an API key and inherits the user's access control.
Improvements
The optional Rule Code and Rule Name columns in Integrate Process now also apply to Turbo AI sources.
Fixes
We fixed AI-based PDF reading that produced inconsistent results in files with many pages—headers that were not propagated to all rows and missing items.

Execution lock through the Approval Flow
Available in Turbo AI processes under Process Settings. The approval workflow configured in the Owners tab now also applies to execution: when the reference date has already advanced beyond the execution level, the process does not run—either from the screen or through automation.
The Run process button is disabled, and the screen indicates which level has already been approved.
Scheduling, API triggers, and sequential execution follow the same lock, even when files are available in the Source Directory.
The attempt is recorded as Not executed in Import management, along with the reason.

Available in the data preparation editor for Turbo AI processes, in the Data Source category. The OFX File step, previously available only in Standard processes, now also applies to Turbo AI—so a flow that reads bank statements can now be built entirely there.
Read OFX statements with the same result obtained in Standard processes.
Send multiple OFX files in the same load: they are combined into a single result.
The uploaded file is automatically routed to the correct step according to the identification rules.

Execution monitoring in Turbo AI processes
Available on the analysis screen for Turbo AI processes when executing the process. The screen now shows the execution status—in the past, the bar was indeterminate and you could not tell whether the process was queued, processing, or stuck.
See when the process is waiting in the queue, along with the accumulated wait time.
Track the current step by name, with the bar advancing one step at a time.
Reload the page during execution without losing monitoring.
