Version 13.1 - February
Version 13.1 Highlights
New steps in the data preparation flow are the highlights of version 13.1: the OFX File step reads bank statements in this format in a user-friendly way, and the Text File step covers delimited, fixed-width files and those with multiple record structures. The series also introduces the possibility of creating a Reconciliation Analysis directly from the screen when the searched analysis does not yet exist. Other updates are detailed below.
13.1.0 - February 2023
New Features
New steps in the data preparation flow: OFX File and Text File
Available in the data preparation editor when building the flow. Two new file reading steps expand the types of sources that enter your flow directly.
Read bank statements in OFX format with the OFX File step, with data displayed in a user-friendly way.
Read various text files with the Text File step — delimited (CSV and similar), fixed-width, and even with multiple record structures in the same base.
Create Reconciliation Analysis directly from the screen
Available in Reconciliation Analysis. When the searched analysis does not exist, you start a new one right there, without parallel paths.
Use the Create Analysis button, displayed when the searched analysis is not found, to start a new one.
Improvements
Importing now supports the OFX bank statement layout.
In the Account Analysis screen of Account Substantiation, a link inserted in the entry description now becomes a hyperlink, opening in a new browser tab.
Email notifications for accounts in Account Substantiation now include a summary of relevant information, making it easier to identify and act on updates.
The selection of assignees now distinguishes Dattos support users from client users, displaying only client users to be marked as assignees.
