Highlights of version 14.9
The highlight of 14.9 is the new matching option in the Merge step of the data preparation flow: you can now choose the Single option to ensure a 1:1 match without duplicating records, or keep Multiplication when you need all combinations — with much more control over the result. This version also brings the automatic closing of zero-balance clearing accounts in Account Substantiation: accounts that had movement but ended the month with a zero balance are now closed automatically, reducing manual work at the end of the month. Other new features and fixes are detailed below.

New Features
New matching option in the Merge step
Available in the data preparation editor, under the Merge step configuration. You can now choose how records are matched when joining two data sets, providing more control over the result.
Choose the Single option to ensure a 1:1 match, without duplicating records.
Keep the Multiplication option to follow current behavior when you need all combinations.
Automatic closing of zero-balance clearing accounts
Available in Account Substantiation for closing clearing accounts. Previously, only accounts without movement were closed automatically; now, accounts that had movement but ended the month with a zero balance also close automatically.
Reduce manual work in closing clearing accounts that zero out at the end of the month.
Improvements
In export folder standardization: the default folder defined in the API Dattos is now used in all exports, providing more consistency and preventing manually entered folders from being ignored.
Bulk editing in Results has become more practical: select multiple rows and apply the same change to all at once, with the ability to individually mark which columns are editable.
Data queries via Integrate Preparation now accept the configuration package code, restricting the returned data to the specified package.
The Import History screen is now clearer: filter only Data Sources, navigate through the root folder while viewing child folders, and benefit from reorganized columns and expunged imports displayed by default.
Usage License Control now presents the count of rows processed during the month in a more detailed way, considering all imports relevant to your control.
