Version 12.5 Highlights

Version 12.5 brings help and ready-made models closer to those using the platform. The highlight is the Dattos Academy usage guides within the platform itself: through the "?" icon, you can access step-by-step functionality guides without leaving the screen. The version also debuts the Solution Model Gallery, a library of use cases by area (Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Operations and Backoffice) to accelerate your analyses. Added to this is the new License Control and new support options. Other new features and improvements are detailed below.

New Features

Dattos Academy usage guides

Available within the platform via the help tool at the "?" icon in the bottom left corner. Instead of just relying on the manual, you can access step-by-step usage guides for features without leaving the screen.

  • Open the usage guides via the help tool at the "?" icon.

  • Quickly reach the guides through footer banners and help icons on some screens.

  • Consult the same guides also through the Dattos Academy portal.

Available on the platform as a library of use cases. You can explore solutions already applied by Dattos and use them as a starting point to accelerate your own analyses.

  • Search for use cases and models organized by area: Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Operations and Backoffice.

  • Request support from Dattos specialists to implement and adapt a model to your business.

License Control

Available on the new License Control screen, enabled via the screen permissions of the privacy profile. You can now see the usage limits of your environment directly on the platform.

  • View environment license limits, verified and updated online.

  • For local environments with connectivity restrictions, update the license via file through the Customer Success team.

New support options

Available in the help tool at the "?" icon in the bottom left corner of the screen. You can talk to Dattos support without leaving the platform.

  • Open an online chat with support through the help tool itself.

  • Contact support also via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Improvements

  • REST API integration now accepts authentication via HTTP Signature, with the KeyID, SecretKey, and Headers fields.

  • In the reconciliation cover report of Account Substantiation, it is now possible to view the list of items that make up the supporting balance of an account.

  • Query-type export layouts now feature an advanced resource to collect data from the Reconciliation Dashboard across multiple folders at once.
