Highlights of version 14.1
The major highlight of 14.1 is the relaunch of Dattos AI: the transformation stage with artificial intelligence has been redesigned, and you now interact in natural language to prepare data — you describe in text what you need and adjust the results by dialoguing with the AI, without manual transformation setup. At the same time, the Transform SQL stage arrives, allowing you to write custom SQL queries over your own data at any point in the data preparation flow, solving in one step what previously required several chained stages. The version also introduces user tagging in comments (@Mentions) and incremental data loading. Other news and fixes are detailed below.

New Features
Transform SQL stage in the data preparation flow
Available in the data preparation editor when building the flow. The new Transform SQL stage allows you to write custom SQL queries over your own data at any point in the flow, gaining flexibility to handle transformations that previously required several chained stages.
Perform transformations, filters, table joins, column renaming, groupings, and calculations with SQL.
Use data from any previous point in the flow as the basis for your query.
Dattos AI with natural language chat
Available in the data preparation editor when building the flow. The transformation stage with artificial intelligence has been redesigned and renamed Dattos AI: you now interact with the AI using natural language to prepare data, making the interaction more direct and intuitive.
Describe the transformation you need in text and let Dattos AI build it.
Adjust the result by chatting with Dattos AI, without having to configure the transformation manually.
User tagging in comments (@Mentions)
Available in Tasks comments and in the account analysis of Account Certification. You can now tag specific people within a comment, connecting the right colleagues to the discussion and gaining agility in your daily work.
Type "@" in the comments field and choose the user you want to notify from the suggested list.
Tag as many users as you need — they all receive the mention by email, and you are notified when someone replies.
Manage these alerts whenever you want in the Notification Settings menu.
Incremental data loading
Available in Processes, under the Run processes option. You can now import files for a date that already has data without deleting what was imported before, preserving previous loads for that reference date.
At the time of import, choose between replacing already imported data or incrementing with the new load.
Approval workflow blocking by reconciliation status
Available in Account Certification, configured in the Chart of Accounts. You can now prevent accounts with pending items from moving forward in the approval workflow, reducing rework for approvers and providing more control to financial managers.
Set the field "Block workflow for pending or unexplained account (Y/N)" to "Y" in the Chart of Accounts.
Ensure that only accounts with Reconciled or Justified status advance in the workflow — Pending or Unexplained accounts remain blocked.

Navigation between Analytics screens has become smoother, with the flow reorganized to shorten the path to analysis.
In the data preparation flow, column order is now preserved when a previous stage changes the name or type of a data point — previously, the column would move to the end of the list. This applies to the Consolidate, Search, Deduplicate, Fill, Transpose Rows, and Transpose Columns stages.
