Reconciliation Step (Standard processes)

The Reconciliation step exports your process data and creates a transaction reconciliation analysis. This is the reconciliation used in Standard processes. It is located in the Output category of the toolbar. After configuring the flow, you can access the created analyses on the process data visualization screen or in the main Reconciliation menu.

Which reconciliation is this: this article covers the reconciliation for Standard processes, the output step that exports data for analysis in the traditional screen. Turbo AI processes use the new reconciliation step, described in the article "Reconciliation Step (Turbo AI processes)". Both remain active.

Configure reconciliation

As an output of the data preparation flow, the platform creates a transaction reconciliation analysis and exports your flow's data to it. Configure the following fields:

  • Name: identifies the step. This field is editable; set any name you prefer.

  • Code: unique identification code for the result table.

  • Side A and Side B: identify the columns for ports A and B.

  • Column Status: indicates the status of each column. It can be Valid; Invalid, when a column is deleted from the input step connected to the Result (in this status, the column can be deleted); or Inconsistent, when the column's data type is changed in the input step (in this case, adjust the data type to fix it).

  • Column Order: shows the order in which the columns appear in the output.

  • Column Name: brings all columns from the input step. Values are not editable.

  • Data Type: displays the data type of the input column (alphanumeric, numeric, or date). Values are not editable.

  • Currency: displays the column always with two decimal places on the transaction reconciliation analysis screen. The formatting does not appear in the data sample, only in the analysis.

  • Totalized: provides a totalizer for the column on the transaction reconciliation analysis screen. The formatting does not appear in the data sample, only in the analysis.

To save, click Save. To exit without saving and return to the Designer, use Close.

Deleting the step inactivates the analysis: when you delete the Reconciliation step, the existing transaction reconciliation analysis is inactivated. To reactivate it, use the same code in a new Reconciliation step.
