Dashboards

The Dashboards option securely integrates Power BI reports into your processes. This way, you can open Power BI dashboards directly on the process view screen.

Creating a dashboard

To create a dashboard, go to New Dashboard and fill in:

• Name: the dashboard title.

• Dashboard URL: the report URL generated in Power BI.

After saving, open the reports on the main process view screen, in the Dashboards submenu, and choose the dashboard you want to view.

Filtering the report by parameter

You can customize the experience by adding parameters to the URL to filter the report:

• {FolderCode}: the process folder code.

• {ReferenceDate}: the selected reference date, in the yyyy-mm-dd format.
