My Profile: data, language, and notifications

The My Profile section brings together your personal settings on the platform: account details, interface language, notification preferences, password changes, and API keys. To access it, click your avatar (your initials in the top-right corner) — the menu includes the options My Data, Language, Notification Settings, Change Password, API Keys, and Log Out. Inside the screen, the same options appear as tabs.

My Data

  • Name: editable — this is how you appear to other users.

  • Username and E-mail: read-only (changes are made by the platform administrator).

  • Department and Role: when enabled in your environment, these are required fields.

  • The profiles you belong to appear as tags, for reference only.

Click Save to apply the changes.

Language

Choose the interface language — Português, English, or Español — and click Save. The change applies to your account without affecting other users.

Notifications

The notifications tab controls which platform events generate notifications for you, by email and in the platform notification bell. Events are organized by category — reconciliations, tasks, accounts, and comments (mentions of you) — and all are checked by default: uncheck the ones you do not want to receive.

  • The "All notifications" toggle checks or unchecks everything at once — useful, for example, to pause emails during a vacation period and turn them back on later.

  • The setting is personal: it applies only to your account.

  • Click Save in the footer to apply.

Focus tip: leave checked only the events for your role — those responsible for closing monitor the accounts category; those who handle daily operations monitor tasks; and comment mentions usually apply to everyone.

Change Password

Available when access is made with the platform username and password — in environments with corporate login (SSO), the password is changed in your company’s system and this tab does not appear.

Enter the Current Password and the New Password with confirmation. The panel beside it shows the required security rules (uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, special characters, minimum length, no sequences such as "abc" or "123") and updates in real time to show which requirements the new password already meets.

API Keys

The API Keys tab generates and revokes the keys that connect external systems — CLI, AI assistants, and integrations — to your account. Because of its importance, it has its own article: "API Keys: generate and revoke".

  • API Keys: generate and revoke

  • Introduction to integrations
