Information and folders

The Information section brings together the process registration data and folder associations. This is where you adjust the name and description that identify the process and define the folders in which it is executed.

How to open settings

On the process results screen, click the Settings button (gear icon). The menu brings together all process configuration options. Select Information to open this section.

Process data

On the information screen, you can view and edit:

• Name: editable field with the name used to identify the process.

• Code: read-only field with the unique process code. It cannot be changed.

• Description: editable field to describe the process objective.

Associate folders

In Associate Folders, you specify one or more folders with which the process is associated and where it will be executed. You can add and remove folders at any time.

After any changes to information or folders, click Save before exiting.
