Permissions
In the Management and Permissions section, under User Group Permissions, you associate privacy profiles with the two process authorizations. This allows you to separately control who can adjust the configuration and who can run it.
Deprecation notice: permissions defined within the process will be discontinued. Soon, all access control will be centralized in privacy profiles.
The two permission levels
Group with permission to configure the process: defines which groups can adjust the process configuration.
Group with permission to run the process: defines which groups can run the already configured process.
Privacy profiles: permissions are assigned by privacy profile. Create or edit profiles in the Privacy Profiles menu.
