Session management

Session management shows who is currently connected to the platform. It is a management and security tool: it allows tracking active sessions and terminating a user's access when necessary.

Before you begin

Access is usually restricted to administrators. The screen reflects the current state: it only lists sessions that are active at the time of consultation.

Viewing active sessions

1. Open Settings (gear icon) → Information Security → Session Management.

2. Use the filters to find the desired session.

You can filter by:

• User: user's name or login.

• Station: the user's network IP.

Ending a session

To disconnect an active user, click End session on the corresponding row. This is usually necessary when a user's IP changes without them logging out of the system, leaving a stuck session.
