Bank integration via Open Finance

Open Finance is the standard used by the Brazilian financial market for authorized sharing of banking data. With it, the platform connects directly to the bank and automatically imports statements and account balances from the company’s accounts — no manual download, no file exchange. It is the recommended bank integration method whenever the bank is available.

How to enable

  1. Go to the Integrations menu in the platform and search for the institution by name (or filter by type).

  2. Choose the desired integration — for example, the bank’s checking account.

  3. Agree to the terms of use presented.

  4. Enter the CPF and CNPJ requested by the bank.

  5. Authorize the connection on the bank’s screen — this step requires a user with authorization permission on the account.

  6. Make sure all operators with approval authority give their approval. In accounts with mixed approval levels, all operators — administrators or authorized representatives — must approve the consent. To check, access the bank’s Internet Banking, locate the Open Finance menu, and verify the options "my consents" or "my authorizations".

Once authorization is complete, the integration appears on the integrations dashboard home page, and data starts being loaded from the following day, in the morning.

What is imported

Through Open Finance, the platform imports the bank statement for accounts and the investment statement, with the fields relevant to reconciliation and analysis use cases — only the necessary data is released.

About consent: it is the Open Finance security mechanism — the bank only shares what was authorized, and the account holder can revoke the authorization in the bank itself at any time. Consents have an expiration date and may need to be renewed periodically.

Best practices

  • Connect the banks with the highest transaction volume first — they are the ones that take up the most time with manual downloads.
