Audit logs

The platform records all actions performed by users in the audit logs. They serve both for day-to-day management and information security: this is where you find out who did what, when, and in which analysis.

Before you start

Access to logs is usually restricted to administrators. You don't need to enable anything: the platform records actions automatically, and this screen is used to view and filter them.

Viewing logs

  1. Open Configuration (gear icon) → Information SecurityAudit Logs.

  2. Click New to open a query.

  3. Set the desired filters (described below) and search.

Available filters

You can combine filters to find exactly the record you are looking for:

  • Execution dates: start (from) and end (to) range of the actions.

  • User: name or login of the person who performed the action.

  • Process: type of process. e.g.: Activity Registration.

  • Action: type of action. e.g.: Deletion.

  • Configuration package: useful for tracking changes in a specific set of analysis settings.

  • Folder: useful for tracking changes in analyses performed within a folder.

  • Reference: a key term. e.g.: Financial Reconciliation.

Tip: you can export the records to a spreadsheet: just click Export.
